The primary objective of IBS Audio Visual to provide clients with Audio Visual and integrated Video conference systems that have been designed and installed to a consistently high quality and reliability level.
It is our intention to keep our clients fully informed in advances of Audio Visual technology and systems, and to integrate this technology into their office or home environment at every given opportunity.
Management and staff of IBS Audio Visual is committed to keeping the company in a robust and healthy state to meet the organisations goals and objectives, and to meet or exceed the clients needs and expectations. We recognise the importance of meeting customer as well as statutory & regulatory requirements related to our services and products.
Providing a safe working environment and actively promoting safe work practices is a vital part of the management systems used at IBS Audio Visual. All members of staff are active participants in the business, and the management team supports the staff with open communication and feedback.
All staff members have the ability via the Quality management system to be able to provide feedback to the management team regarding any facet of the business. Company management believes that this is of a fundamental importance to be able to improve on our deliverables to customers and to also be able to maintain long term job satisfaction and security for staff.
The quality management system provides a framework of systems for maintaining and improving the strategic, business and marketing directions for the company. This enables both management and staff to translate them into realisable objectives for each area of the business.

The Quality management system uses a methodical approach to all of the businesses activities to ensure that the ownership, on going monitoring and continual improvement processes assist us in achieving our business objectives and goals.
The Quality Management system is under continuous review by both management and staff alike to ensure that the system develops, and maintains it relevance as the business and our client's requirements change.
